The practice has urban design qualifications as well as landscape and this assists greatly with the planning of residential projects. The practice started with social housing and this has broadened to include private housing for large scale builders as well as more individual developers including several exciting roof garden projects which will be a key marketing tool. We continue to work on social housing schemes including two extended care communities and a mixed tenure development.
